Aside: Tikka Masala Success!

I made the most wonderful chicken tikka masala last night!  I tried a recipe like this before, but this one is far superior.  Rich, creamy, tomato-y, and vibrant.  Couldn’t stop eating it; can’t wait to make it again!

(I’m also trying out a new format of post–one specifically designed for shorter posts.  We’ll see how this works!)

    • No, actually. For two reasons. One, because the recipe specifically called for canned diced tomatoes, and I thought the extra juice might have been a good thing. Also, though, because our tomatoes aren’t doing so well right now. But that will be for another post. 😉
